All participating teachers will receive free registration to a two-day QTR workshop, either face-to-face or online. Research shows participating in QTR improves teaching quality, teacher morale, and student academic achievement.
Connecting early career teachers with experienced teachers through QTR leads to an improved school culture, greater job satisfaction and connectedness of teachers to their colleagues and the school. Mentors and experienced teachers will be better able to support teacher induction both within and beyond the life of the project.
One school leader and one mentor from each school will be invited to attend a free leadership and mentoring conference.
