This online foundational workshop provides teachers and school leaders with the necessary knowledge and skills to implement Quality Teaching Rounds (QT Rounds) in their school. QT Rounds is high-impact, evidence-backed professional development that makes a significant difference for teachers and students. Schools are encouraged to register at least two people to develop sufficient school-based knowledge to support implementation. Ideally, one person would have some decision-making authority in the school. This workshop is open to all schools.

The University of Newcastle – Teachers and Teaching Research Centre (TTRC) is a NESA and TQI recognised PD provider. Completing the QT Rounds workshop will contribute 10 hours of PD addressing standard descriptors 2.1, 3.1, 3.3, 6.2 and 6.3 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. QT Rounds is a UNITAR-CIFAL certified program.
