This workshop approaches program design in a practical, comprehensive way, using the QT Model and backward design process to enhance current practices and ensure high quality pedagogy underpins all your lesson and assessment planning. With the new curriculum rolling out in schools across Australia, it’s the perfect time to boost your programming skills with our QT: Strengthening Program Design workshop.

Workshop overview

To gain the most benefit from this workshop, you should have a good working knowledge of the QT Model. This may be through engagement in Quality Teaching Rounds, or working with the model in your own classroom or assessment practice.

Should circumstances change, face-to-face workshops will be changed to an online format. In this case, workshop resources will be sent by mail to all participants prior to the workshop. However, if you register within 7 working days of the workshop, we cannot guarantee delivery before the first day. Resources will also be sent electronically prior to the workshop.

Should participants fall ill and are unable to attend this workshop, their registration can be transferred to a colleague or transferred to a future event.
