Anyone who has previously attended a QTR workshop or participated in Quality Teaching Rounds.
The webinar will be hosted via Zoom by our Quality Teaching Rounds Advisers.
We recommend a school leader and the teachers who have trained or participated in QTR n the last 2 years join the webinar. Places are limited for each session.
This one hour session will provide participants with a refresher of the Quality Teaching Model and Quality Teaching Rounds processes. Participants will have an opportunity to consider Quality Teaching Rounds implementation plans for their schools and practical strategies for rebooting QTR.
The session includes:
- A refresher of the Quality Teaching Model and Quality Teaching Rounds processes, including essential features, protocols and professional learning community (PLC) member roles.
- An explanation of how to complete the proposed planning template.
- Planning with other colleague/s from your school in Zoom breakout rooms, or individually if you are the sole representative.
- Opportunities to ask questions and share ideas for rebooting QTR.
Participants will be emailed a planning template prior to the webinar – please print prior to the session. During the session you may also like to access: the School Excellence Framework; current school plan; original planning ideas for QTR.
