What is it? This two-day foundational workshop introduces participants to the Quality Teaching Model and QTR processes. The workshop is highly interactive, giving teachers the opportunity to apply their learning in practice. After completing the workshop, participants will be equipped with the resources needed to implement QTR in their school.
Who should do it? Teachers and leaders who would like to implement Quality Teaching Rounds at their school.
This workshop is designed to provide teachers familiar with the Quality Teaching Model with the opportunity to observe, analyse and engage in extended discussions of classroom practice with other teachers and workshop facilitators. Participants will deepen their knowledge of the QTM and explore strategies for enhancing teaching more broadly.
Who should do it?
Teachers and leaders who have attended the two-day QTR workshop in the past 3 years and/or who have participated in a set of Quality Teaching Rounds using the Quality Teaching Model to observe, code and discuss lessons.
What is it? This practical one-day workshop is designed to ensure teachers and leaders have an up-to-date and accurate understanding of Quality Teaching Rounds. Participants will revisit the QTR process and have the opportunity to work with colleagues to observe, code and discuss an observed lesson.
Who should do it? Teachers and leaders who have previously attended a QTR workshop or participated in a set of Rounds and want to maximise its ongoing impact.
