This interactive professional development workshop runs over two non-consecutive days, delivered simultaneously in-person and live virtual (via Zoom). The workshop focuses on the Quality Teaching Model as it relates to classroom, assessment and programming practice.
Participants reconnect with the QT Model, working in individual, small and whole group contexts throughout the workshop to further their understanding of quality classroom, assessment and programming practice. The Quality Teaching Classroom and Assessment Practice Guides form the basis for reflection and analysis of lessons, assessment tasks and programs. The backward design process and QT Model are used to enhance current practices and ensure high quality pedagogy underpins program design. The workshop starts at 9am sharp both days, with registration from 8:45am. All materials are provided.
