This workshop introduces participants to the Quality Teaching Model through practical activities that directly relate to assessment practices in schools.
Participants will work in individual, small and whole group contexts throughout the workshop to further their understanding of quality assessment practice. The Quality Teaching Assessment Practice Guide will be used as the basis for reflection and analysis of assessment tasks. All workshop materials will be provided.

Schools are encouraged to register at least two people to develop sufficient school-based knowledge to support implementation. Ideally, one person would have some decision-making authority in the school.
The workshop fee is $500

Completing QT: Enhancing Assessment Practice Workshop will contribute 5 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Accredited PD in the priority area of Delivery and Assessment of NSW Curriculum/EYLF addressing standard descriptors 3.1.2, 5.1.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
