We recognise that student learning is shaped by what happens in their classrooms as well as the assessment tasks used to determine their understanding and progress.

This workshop introduces participants to the Quality Teaching Model through practical activities that directly relate to assessment practices in schools. Participants will work in individual, small and whole group contexts throughout the workshop to further their understanding of quality assessment practice. The Quality Teaching Assessment Practice Guide will be used as the basis for reflection and analysis of assessment tasks. All workshop materials will be provided.

Diagnosing assessment practice
Implications for practice
Facilitating quality assessment practice in your school
