This workshop introduces participants to the Quality Teaching Model through practical activities that directly relate to teaching practices in schools. Participants will work in individual, small and whole group contexts throughout the workshop to further their understanding of quality teaching practice. The Quality Teaching Classroom Practice Guide will be used as the basis for reflection and analysis of tasks. All workshop materials will be provided.

This course meets the requirements for 5 hours Elective PD, addressing the following Australian Professional Standards for Teachers: 5.1.2; 6.1.2; 6.2.2; 6.3.2.
