We are excited to share with you an opportunity to be a part of a groundbreaking new project aimed at strengthening the induction of early career teachers and enhancing teaching practice across Australia.
Strengthening Induction through Quality Teaching Rounds aims to improve the morale, confidence, job satisfaction and retention of early career teachers across Australia.
The project commences this year and will support 1,600 early career teachers and their colleagues from schools across Australia to take part in QTR until the end of 2026 (unless all places are filled earlier).
This opportunity is available to all Australian schools, across all states, territories, and sectors (where jurisdictional approval has been received). Whether you are a public or private institution, primary or secondary school, we welcome your participation.
We would like to invite you to register for our forthcoming Strengthening Induction information session. The project leader, Laureate Professor Jenny Gore, will provide an overview of this exciting professional development opportunity for early career teachers, their colleagues, and Australian schools, and address any questions you might have.

Session 1 time: 6:30pm – 7:00pm AEDT (NSW, ACT, VIC & TAS)
Start time for other states:
• QLD & NT – 5:30pm
• SA – 6:00pm
• WA – 3:30pm
